Buyer Protection

Payment to the seller is contingent upon the buyer's acceptance of the merchandise, confirmation of service delivery, or the conclusion of the inspection period without dispute.

Seller Protection

The seller is authorized to dispatch or render services exclusively after TOR SHOP verifies the buyer's fund deposit. Verification of payment from the buyer is ensured through a minimum of three (3) confirmations on the Bitcoin network.

Anonymity

Our service operates according to appropriate ethical regulations and adheres to accepted dispute resolution processes for all transactions. Upon mutual agreement between the seller and buyer, all communication and data files utilized by both parties will be securely and permanently deleted.

Step 1

Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms

Before starting an escrow, both parties agree to the transaction terms, which include a sale price (amount) and description of the goods.

Step 2

Buyer Pays TOR SHOP

The Buyer submits a Bitcoin deposit to TOR SHOP, and the transaction is verified.

Step 3

Seller Ships Goods / Services

Upon deposit verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise.

Step 4

Buyer Accepts the Goods / Services

The Buyer has a set number of days for an inspection and then releases the funds.

Step 5

TOR SHOP Pays the Seller

Upon notification from the buyer to release the deposit or if the inspection period ends, TOR SHOP pays the Seller.

The transaction is now complete.
